Applicati:

It is used for rubber plasticizing,stock mixing.

Structure features:

All of inside wall , discharge door, ram are of drill hole cooling, and rotor is of hollow spray cooling.

Ctacting faces with stock such as mixing chamber’s inside wall, discharge door, ram are received hardening treatment.

Rotor bearing is of rolling bearing.

Axial seal of rotor is adopted with hydraulic seal, and with adjustable seal ratio.

Operating of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack tilting hydraulic cylinder and with plate-inserted or crank locking.

The transmissi system may adopt a dual-output hardened-gear speed reducer , and used with gear cpling (joint) or the cross coupling drive, the transmissi system is structured with statiary state , low noise, high efficiency and lg-service life.

2.Application:

The machine is mainly used for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastic smelting and mixing, rubber and plastic blending, but also for blending of variety of low viscosity materials.

We have already successfully applied the China Patent of Invention for the No-leaking solutions. That invention can keep the pressure of mixing chamber and hold up the powder leaking to outside. The main principle is the pump make a circuit oil seal to forbidden the powder come out from the chamber.

3.Construction Features 

3.1 With completely condition, materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stale quality.

3.2 Spiral angle and over lapping length of blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to be dispersed uniformly.

3.3 Surface where is contacted with the materials are all plated with hard chromium and polished, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.

3.4. Jacket construction is adopted in parts that surfaces contact with materials to achieve excellent water-cooling or steam heating effect and fit in with the needs of plastics and rubber processing technology.

3.5 Driving of rotating is hydraulic system solution which is smooth and silence better than pneumatic type.

3.6 More than one year warranty periods for whole of machine and its components.
